This powerful balm really packs a punch! It contains soothing oils that penetrate deeply into your skin, and botanicals  to heal and warm your aches and pains.

I've had the same personal trainer for 3 years now - she really knows how to push me and has become a fantastic friend. Having tired and sore muscles inspired me to develop a warming style balm, but without any petrochemicals, preservatives or artificial ingredients.

Massage this balm deeply into your muscles, and 5-10 minutes later your muscles will become deliciously warm as blood flow increases to the area, speeding up recovery. Wash hands after use.

This contains a treasure trove of active botanicals -

• kawakawa and arnica reduce pain and inflammation
• menthol provides the heat, increases blood flow and relaxes muscles
• coconut oil, sweet almond oil, grapeseed oil, shea butter and beeswax combine to create a nourishing, moisterising and deeply penetrating base.
